Pacific Homes Costa Rica is a full-service real estate agency based in Samara, Costa Rica. We are specialized in the sales of properties, homes, lands, hotels and businesses, all within in the area of Playa Samara and its sister beach Playa Carillo.

Our History
Pacific Homes Costa Rica was founded in 2018 by Nathalie Rebourg, a permanent resident of Costa Rica who has been living in Samara for 16 years. With decades of experience in the real estate and hospitality industries, in Costa Rica and France, accentuated by a background in International Finance and Accounting, Nathalies aims is to share her passion for real estate and her life experiences with her team and clients. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of the Samara region as well as her professional experience, Nathalie is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams while sharing her love for this beautiful region of Costa Rica. When it comes to developing her agency, Nathalie meticulously selects and trains agents who align her core values, ensuring that each member of her team delivers the same exceptional level of service to every client.

Nathalie Rebourg
Owner of Pacific Homes Costa Rica
Born and raised in France, Nathalie has been residing in Sámara, Guanacaste Costa Rica since 2007 and is now a permanent resident of Costa Rica. She is a member of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR) and holds a Master’s degree in International Finance and Managerial Accounting. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Nathalie brings a diverse set of skills to her real estate endeavors. Prior to relocating to Costa Rica, Nathalie accumulated twelve years of experience as a Managerial Accountant in the financial departments of various international companies in France. In Costa Rica, she embarked on a journey of building and managing her Boutique Hotel, along with her family for the past decade, while simultaneously venturing into financially profitable personal real estate projects.
Nathalie’s passion for traveling the world led her to question her “well-ordered life” in France and to contemplate a new existence in a tropical locale, managing her own Boutique Hotel instead of being confined to office spaces and endless meetings.
Sixteen years ago, Nathalie and her family made the life-altering decision to leave France and settle in Costa Rica. Upon arrival, they were immediately enamored by the country’s breathtaking landscapes and welcoming people. After exploring various regions, they discovered Playa Sámara and were convinced that it was the ideal place to call home. This charming, undeveloped beach town perfectly aligned with their vision for a new life. Determined to turn their vision into reality, the family purchased a piece of land and embarked on a challenging journey. Together with a team of 17 workers, they undertook the design and construction of their hotel, dedicating over a year to its completion. They also assumed responsibility for its promotion and management for a decade. Despite the challenges of undertaking such a project independently, the experience proved to be highly rewarding and filled with excitement and experience.
Throughout the years, Nathalie took great pleasure in welcoming guests, prioritizing their quality of service and ensuring their complete customer satisfaction. Along with hotel management, Nathalie initiated several real estate projects, starting with the construction of her own residential home and subsequently engaging in several financially successful residential projects. Nathalie particularly enjoyed offering advice to guests in search of properties in Sámara, thus remaining actively involved in the real estate sector and that joy motivated Nathalie into real estate full time.
After a successful 10-year journey, Nathalie and her family decided to pursue new endeavors, leading them to sell their hotel. Naturally, Nathalie dedicated herself and transitioned into assisting clients to find their dream homes. Taking This responsibility was taken extremely seriously, Nathalie affiliated with Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR). Armed with a wealth of personal experience, Nathalie is eager to provide assistance with real estate projects, offering the same level of professionalism and service that she extended to hotel guests years ago. She has also created a solid network in the community allowing her to give valuable guidance and insights to her clients.
Beyond her work, Nathalie is a passionate nature lover and enjoys outdoor activities; she fully embraces the natural beauty of Costa Rica by going on horseback rides with her horses through the Fincas and on the beach. She also loves spending time with her family and friends at the beach, enjoying Costa Rica Beach bonfires and BBQ’s while admiring the backdrop of stunning coastal sunsets.
Clémence Hardouin
Real Estate Agent
Born and raised in France, Clémence has been living in Samara for 15 years, where she is now a permanent resident. After studying international tourism, she settled with her family in Samara in 2007 to take over a hotel, which she successfully expanded. Passionate about real estate, Clémence is highly motivated to help her clients invest or relocate, ensuring they have the same positive experience she had. Well-integrated into the local community, and supported by her trusted hotel team, she has been able to organize her schedule to join Pacific Homes Costa Rica. With a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and training from Nathalie, Clémence has all the skills needed to guide you in your decisions. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
Christian Cubero
Real Estate Agent
Christian, a native of Nicoya, was raised in this vibrant region and, after completing his secondary education, moved to San José to pursue a degree in Electronics Engineering. He subsequently spent over 10 years working at Teradyne Costa Rica, a leader in the technology sector. During his professional career, extensive travel allowed him to cultivate a deep passion for connecting with individuals from diverse cultures. Despite his success in the technical field, Christian’s drive for human connection and passion for sales led him to embark on an independent career. This journey brought him back to his roots in Guanacaste, where he rediscovered the unique beauty of the area and chose to apply his skills to real estate. Now, as part of Pacific Homes, Christian leverages his experience and deep connection to the region to assist others in finding their perfect home.
